Come join us for a group ride @ 2pm on September 21st in the Hinton Bike Park parking lot to celebrate the arrival of the Autumn colours. All skill levels are welcome - we will break off into different skill levels so that everyone can enjoy their ride.
Not able to join us for the group ride? That’s okay too - just swing by after and join us for our parking lot bbq @ 5pm! Special thanks to our local sponsor Vicious Cycle for their support.
Are you looking to participate in our Fall V-Duro race? Well come meet other V-Duro racers in our HMBA community at our September Social event! We always want to celebrate our V-Duro participants.
All HMBA members are welcome! Please register for this event so we know how many members to expect. If you wish to participate in the September V-duro please remember to sign up for that seperately.
Parking
Overflow parking can be found at the Hinton Disc Golf Course parking lot (across the road). Please cross Robb Rd with caution and be mindful of traffic.

HMBA 2023 BIGHORN POKER RALLY
The 2023 Bighorn Poker Rally is presented by the Hinton Mountain Bike Association. It is a family friendly summer event.
SEPARATE CATEGORIES FOR CHILDREN AND E-BIKES
E-bikes are welcome in a separate category.
Collect cards at 5 checkpoints to complete the best poker hand.

The Shred Sisters weekend workshops are the perfect way to have an overview of mountain biking, to improve your skills, and to be more confident on your bike, and have fun with your new Shred Sisters friends!

Spring Trail Maintenance Night
A new twist on an old game. Meeting at the junction of Happy Creek and Halloween your executive team will be waiting with told and toys for all your trail maintenance needs. Stop by for 30 minutes or 2 hours to say hello, work on some trails and then continue your run, walk or ride.
This will also be a great opportunity to meet the board, share your vision for the club, and get caught up on what we have been doing! Hope to see you there
Spring Bike Park Maintenance Night
The Goal for this night is to rake leaves, fix fences and clear trails.
We will be complying with provincial guidelines and the event will be capped at 15 people. All individuals will have their own tools, hand sanitizers will be provided and everyone to remain 2 meters apart.

Virtual HMBA AGM
We’re making a change to our AGM format to comply with public health guidelines. We will be going ahead with the AGM....just virtually via a webinar. If you are a current member (2019-2020) you’ll receive a link through your email to attend this webinar. Why: To have some FUN by getting out and riding with other people and riding new trails. Our goal for club rides is to get more people out on the trails enjoying mountain biking.
We are always looking for group ride leaders - should have some knowledge of the trails and be able to lead the ride within the group's abilities and speed (i.e. don't leave them behind!)

Bike Park Maintenance
Evening work bee to help maintain our awesome bike park.
Wear clothes you are willing to get dirty.
Tasks include moving logs off trail, digging drainages, clipping brush and shrubs.
