Nordic Center/Athabasca Ranch PLUZ

This is an unsanctioned riding area north of town on HWY 40. Trails are not maintained by the club and navigation can be difficult. The Athabasca Ranch PLUZ has multi use trails that run along the river valley with spectacular mountain views. The Nordic Center area has cross country options as well as some of the more technical descents available in the area.
