Prize Beavers Spotted in William A. Switzer Provincial Park

A member of the wood-chompin' trio

Some lucky HMBA members were paddling on Jarvis Creek one afternoon during the September long weekend... and look who they meet along the meandering channels!

The travelling wood-chompin' trio were so excited to show the canoers their summer vacation paradise.  They were quite proud of the dam they built!  They became tour guides for the lucky family of paddlers.

They did a great job of stopping at all the information signs along Jarvis Creek.

These relaxed beavers were enjoying a paddle on their own, thinking maybe its time they head on back to town and get cleaned up for the Beaver Bike Fest!

So long! tranquil paradise.  Till next time!
