Sprockids Receives Kudos After the 1st Session of 2014

An email HMBA received from a happy parent after the first session of 2014 (posted with permission):

Hello HMBA Team:

I had the absolute pleasure of participating with my son, Mr J. in SprocKids last night. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in with a kid on a run bike. But WOW, you blew my socks off.

The energy and buzz, amazing number of coaches and kids involved utilizing the Mountain Bike Park was incredible. Carrie-Ann was a great teacher, patient and demonstrated a few drills, but also clearly was well-versed in short attention spans. Even when my child didn’t listen well (too excited to get on the Skills Park), she tried to call him back & get him involved. Carrie-Ann helped the kids get their helmets on properly, and spoke to the parents in a respectful and fun manner. 

Mr J. had a blast, I met some new parents and kids, and best of all, both of us were excited to come back next week. A lot of parents and children were socializing after the lesson, and many more were tuckered out. Well done, a huge kudos to all the volunteers involved!
